Two days later and I still don’t believe what happened Tuesday night.

I don’t think I have ever before underestimated Americans so profoundly.

I am so proud to have it proven that my doubts were poorly placed. We were ready after all.

  1. Amen, Jennifer. And 64% turnout – the highest it’s been since women won the right to vote! Astonishing. I am so proud, and so surprised, and at the same time so disappointed by those anti-gay ballot measures. Someday, those barriers, too, will fall.
